Over the years I have read many great books on yoga. Notice how I say books.......and not book. There are many view points on the subject of yoga, so I thought it would be helpful to give some hints to what may be a good starting point for everyone. Here is a list of what I have enjoyed. The first books listed are the Beginners guides that brought me forward and the ending are Level II guides that are more progressive in technique, language or physical intensity.
